By applying to become a seller on Mockup Cloud Marketplace, you agree to this legal agreement, and to our Privacy Policy and Licensing agreement. Please read all documents carefully and retain for future reference.
General Terms, Rights & Responsibilities
- You must own 100% of the rights on any items that you upload.
- You agree to only upload items for lawful purposes. You must not upload an item that is related in any way to material that is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or demeaning, or that promotes discrimination of any kind.
- You remain the owner of your products and items, and it is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and secure file. We cannot be held responsible for any fault, damage, liability or other problems that your item might cause for our customers.
- You agree to promptly update your products if any faults or issues are flagged up.
- You agree to provide our customers with help and support for your items. You also have the right to sell additional services to our customers if they are related to your items and will enhance their experience of your products, but only as and when the need arises.
- You agree not to collect email addresses or personal data, or keep a record of customers who have contacted you for support. You must not initiate contact for marketing purposes.
- We reserve the right to remove your items or suspend your right to sell on our site if we find that you or your products are in violation of any of these terms, or of the other policy agreements stated above.
Commission
General Commission
A base fee of 50% commission is deducted from the final selling price for each transaction. This is in addition to 15% of the product value per initial download by a Full Access Pass holder.
Affiliate Referral Commission
For orders that result from affiliate referrals, the affiliate receives 25% of the order value and the remaining 75% is divided between Mockup Cloud and the seller(s).
Coupon Code Commission
If a user applies a coupon code to their purchase, the commission will be calculated against the order value after the discount has been applied.
Deal Terms
For all deals, your commission is calculated from the final selling price and not the original listing price.
Types of deals:
- Seasonal site-wide promotions (eg: Black Friday Sale)
- Time-limited (a flash sale that runs for specific days only)
Freebies
Free Products
You can add free products via the dropdown menu on the seller dashboard. The product will then be displayed on the freebie page of its correpsonding category.
Licenses
All items sold on Mockup Cloud are sold under the Licensing agreement.
You may not amend or restrict the standard license in any way. The details outlined in the Licensing agreement provide the base license of the Mockup Cloud marketplace and this applies to every purchase.
